Peter Emmanouilidis is a Chief Information Officer with a mission to share his knowledge and guide others to run highly effective IT teams. As a CIO, he loves working with CEOs and business owners to get the most out of their IT investments.

Peter is generous, knowledgeable and considered. He enjoys spending time training and mentoring The POP team members to best support our clients and their teams. When he’s not working, you can find him cooking for the family, playing sports with the kids and going for long runs and walks while listening to audiobooks.

Co-Founder and Change Maker

Leisha Major is a change maker, helping businesses explore better ways through IT solutions. Leisha has more than 24 years experience in IT and she’s enthusiastic about making a positive difference in how customers operate their business.

Leisha is generous with her energy, curious to find the right solution and she is determined to find the best way forward. When she’s not working, you can find Leisha with her beautiful family or in a body of water swimming.

Technology Consultant

Tim Mathew is a Technology Consultant with methodical business analysis and technical customer service skills. He is thoughtful, humorous and patient. Working in IT for the past seven years, Tim has extensive experience supporting and improving deployments of leading core IT platforms. Tim has been with The POP Team since 2017.

Tim loves solving problems for customers and getting to the bottom of their IT issue. When he’s not working, you can find Tim cooking, eating and playing football with friends and family.

Technology Associate

Elliot May is a Technology Associate focused on delivering critical Technology Support and project coordination. Elliot is friendly, witty, resourceful and his enthusiasm is highly valued. He puts his can-do attitude to work delivering ongoing technology support and provides a reliable point of contact for our customers. Elliot has been with The POP team since 2019.

When he’s at work, you can find Elliot answering your calls and finding solutions to your problems. Outside of work, Elliot has a passion for weightlifting, golf and all things active!

Senior Software Developer

Steven Ogden is a Senior Software Developer using his expertise in game development, design and production to implement advanced requirements in enterprise platforms. With 14 years of IT experience, Steven’s super strength is his confidence in his ability and understanding of all things IT. Steven has been with The POP Team since 2019.

Steven is a dedicated problem solver with a friendly attitude. When he’s not at work you can find Steven hanging with his kids, playing the latest video games and watching or playing his favourite sports.
